This 3-day immersive workshop features an equity-based approach for leveraging social justice work with communities. Together we will explore how we can support a community's resources and strengths while building its internal capacity from within.
WHO
Open to nonprofits, community-based organizations, scholars, educators, activists, and practitioners invested in equity-based approaches and structural change.
WHY
Centering equity and justice requires us to redesign both mindsets and infrastructures to move us toward more just and equitable partnerships.
HOW
We will consider not only how to share power and knowledge with our communities, but how we can support the building of internal capacity.
