Everything came together for our community partner showcase today. Thank you to everyone who worked to make these community engaged projects a success. It’s such a pleasure to work with such talented and dedicated people, including our partners @c2cphiladelphia @markdombroskifoundation and a big thank you @the_lorelei_cake_design for working your magic 🧁💕

Gratitudes: Grateful, giddy, and exhausted after finishing the next level in Xiantianwujimen Taoist qigong My teacher, the wisest person I know, Eva Wong Training in outer, inner, and secret qigong Finally understanding the concept of internal alchemy The Lemon bucatini cacio e pepe from @avecchicago I may soon grow a long white beard and move into a cave at Mount Huashan

Gratitudes: a four-day, conflict free visit from my mother; beautiful fall days, champagne, dahlias, and finding a wedding dress without really trying. Amen.
Our recent partnership with the Barnes means that we can hang out in these gardens, right beside my office. Gardens that have been locked away for ages. Class at the arboretum, anyone?
