Replacing the academic pipeline metaphor with one that speaks of gardens. Replacing the notion of a single pathway with one that speaks to divergence. Replacing fears of *leaking* with dreams of *sowing* and *harvesting.* This place needs more artichokes and cardoons. More dahlias and heliotropes. More pawpaws and honeyberries. #academia
